FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
HAVE A QUESTION? CHANCES ARE SOMEONE ELSE DOES TOO!
HOW IS BLOOM DESIGN STUDIO DIFFERENT FROM OTHER FLORISTS?
We believe in a couple basic, yet important details. First, we like to take your everyday floral, and create something a bit unexpected by combining it with at least one variety of succulent. This can be incorporated as subtly or dramatically as you wish! Second, we believe your product shouldn't expire with the life of your blooms. This is another reason we incorporate our succulents into everything we create. Simply remove them from your arrangement, replant in your favorite pot or yard, and continue to enjoy!
YOU MENTION YOU INCLUDE AT LEAST ONE VARIETY OF SUCCULENT IN EVERY ORDER. WHAT IS A SUCCULENT, AND HOW'S IT DIFFERENT FROM YOUR EVERYDAY FLOWER?
Succulents are considered a group of plants that actually store water in their leaves. This makes them extremely easy to care for, as they can sustain harsh climates (extreme heat and drought), and can also easily be grown. It doesn't take a green thumb to care for these plants - just a little bit of soil, and an occasional drink. Did we mention that most all succulents produce some type of bloom - and when they do, are especially gorgeous!
HOW DO I KNOW WHICH PLANTS ARE SUCCULENTS IN MY ARRANGEMENT?
Not sure which blooms are succulents? We will personally review with you at delivery, and can also snap photos to send to you to make sure you know what can be replanted.

No idea what you want? No problem! With a few simple details from you, there's nothing we love more than taking creative liberty to create something beautiful!

I SEE SOMETHING I LIKE ON THE SITE, BUT DON'T LIKE THE VASE. CAN I CHANGE IT?
Everything we create is custom, and made-to-order. You tell us your budget, any special requests or preferences, and we do the rest!
CAN I REQUEST SPECIFIC FLOWERS?
Our product offerings are completely dependent upon our good friend Mother Nature. Although we will make every effort to accommodate special requests, we are also limited to working with the resources nature is currently providing us. Every species of plant, succulent, and flower has its own special time of year when they love to thrive. If something isn't blooming or in season, we unfortunately can't offer it, but will make every attempt to replace it with something as equally beautiful!
DO YOU HAVE A LOCATION WHERE I CAN COME SELECT MY FLOWERS?
Right now we don't have a brick and mortar location, but we do have access to several amazing local resources. See a pic you like on our website? Have a Pinterest page or inspiration photo? Send it our way, and we will do our best to recreate just exactly what you have in mind!
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY BLOOMS?
We are working on a whole page dedicated just to caring for your blooms. In the meantime, our most important tips are these: Change your water every several days, and make sure all your stems are immersed and actually receiving water. Keep in a temperate environment (blooms don't typically do well in extreme heat or cold). If transferring your own blooms to a vase - make sure your vase is clean! Remove any excess leaves from your stems. When leaves are immersed in water they wilt, and in turn can create a breeding ground for bacteria - which ultimately will lessen the longevity of your blooms.
